Quantum Storage Systems Canada strives to provide its products in the best condition possible. If you receive products with hidden damage or have filed a claim with a shipping company and need replacement bins or metal goods contact your dealer. Your dealer is responsible for filling out an RMA form and arranging the replacement goods.

If you would like to return undamaged goods they will be accepted as per the RMA if sent prepaid freight. Dealers should call us directly for an RMA.

Standard restocking fee is 20%.
Products not in origional condition/packaging subject to less reimbursement.
